For the first time in Kariong United FC history, we're proudly celebrating Female Football Week with an EPIC 5v5 competition featuring our U16s, Women’s All Age, and Over 35s teams – and trust us, you do not want to miss it!

 Champions will take home the 2025 Women in Football KUFC Cougars Cup Trophy!

Bring the whole family and cheer on our super Football women as they battle it out Cougar-style!
